Due to factors such as breeder bird quality, temperature control, humidity levels, power outage, and other unforeseen circumstances, the Douglas-Sarpy 4-H Extension Office CANNOT guarantee eggs will hatch. As a result, No refunds will be issued.
When the hatch has been completed, disconnect the incubator, and empty any water left in the bottom trays. Remove or dispose of all shell particles and unhatched eggs. Wipe the interior of the incubator with a soapy sponge. Permit the incubator to air dry with the lid off. Do not get the thermostat or fan wet.
