Food Safety Training For Food Co-ops
UNL Extension in
Douglas and Sarpy Counties

This power point presentation was written for individuals who work with local food coops. When researching this presentation, I couldn’t find any training available anywhere. I worked with the Nebraska Food Coop to put together a presentation that could be downloaded by anyone to train the individuals who work with a coop—producers, delivery, or management personnel. Its food safety information is based on the food code, but in most cases is general, and can be used by anyone. Feel free to use this program to meet your training needs.
