Cindy Brison, MS, RD, Extension Educator
Cindy is involved with food, nutrition and food safety education for youth and adults.  Certified ServSafe and SuperSafe Mark trainer. Includes "ServSafe" training for food service facilities, culinary arts students, training for child care providers and programs for the general public.  Also provide food preparation classes for the public.

Cindy's background is in Geriatric Nutrition.  She has been an Extension Educator since 1996.

Nancy Urbanec, Extension Associate
Nancy provides good safety education for adults and youth. Certified ServSafe and SuperSafe Mark instructor. Provider food safety training for food service facilities, culinary arts students, child care providers and the general public. Also, provides instruction in food preservation and preparation for adults and youth.
