 What is going on with this land market? This question and many more will be answered at the Land Management workshop.
Information will be presented on trends in the land markets, land values, cash rental rates, and land value outlook.
We will also discuss land owner and tenant relations as well as a popular new option in land rental contracts—the flexible lease provision. Attendees will leave the event with a solid understanding of sizing up land markets, flexible cash rent provisions, and the ability to present them in future land contracts.
In this new era of agriculture in the twenty-first century, as a producer or a land owner, you can not financially afford to miss this workshop opportunity.
Attendees will receive bound materials with current land values, land rents, land specific data vital to the operation of today’s farm or ranch.
