EQUINES UNLIMITED 4-H HORSE CLUB
Do you love horses, want to know all
about
them, but do not own one? If this describes you, then the Douglas/Sarpy 4-H
program has something special for you, a “horseless horse club,” also known as
Equines Unlimited. This club is not meant as a riding club, but is set up so
that 4-H’ers can expand their knowledge about horses. During meetings, 4-H’ers
learn about horse breeds, color, care, parts, feeding, grooming, and a variety
of other topics. A horse is not required for this club, just a desire to have
fun and learn all about equines!
All youth and parents are welcome to attend the monthly meeting of the Equines
UMeetings are held the second
Tuesday evening of each month at the UNL Extension Douglas/Sarpy Counties
central office at 8015 West Center Rd.
